Terms & Conditions

1)All prices are indicated in Singapore dollars.

2)All products listed on My Fairytale Palace are in stock and many with just very limited stocks.

3)We will assure that all items are in good condition before sending out, therefore no exchanges and refund are allowed.

4)My Fairytale Palace will not be responsible for any packages lost in transition or any items damaged during mailing process. Registered postage is highly recommended to prevent loss of mail.

5)Kindly take note that due to some reflection or lighting effect, our photos captured will be slight difference from the actual item.

6)We only accept payment via internet banking or ATM transfer to POSB or UOB account.

7)We will hold the item for 48 hours after the confirmation email is sent. If payment is not made within 48 hours, we reserve the rights to release the items to other interested buyers.

8)Interested buyers that wants to save postage fees, can arrange meet up with us. Meet up location will be at Raffles Place or Toa Payoh train station. Kindly email us for more information on meet up timings at myfairytale.mail@gmail.com

9)For normal mailing and registered mails, we will follow Singpost postage parcel rates.

How To Order

Please read our TERMS & CONDITIONS before ordering and order only if you agree to our TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1) Send us an email to myfairytale.mail@gmail.com, with the following details

Mode of Postage:Normal/Registered

2) Next, we will send you a confirmation email stating the total price as well as bank details for payment. If you don't receive the email, please check your junk mail folder. The email might just be in there. :)

3) Lastly, transfer the money into the bank account provided, and notify us once payment has been made to us. We will confirm receipt and mail the items to you within a week.

For ATM transfer, kindly provide us with the photo of the transaction receipt and email it to us.

For Internet Banking transfer, kindly provided us the transaction reference number and your IB initial.
